Yuking started her study at Lampung University (UNILA) through invitation by faculty of law.

She started to build her professional and government networks since college through organization communities and it continuous when she took higher education at University of Indonesia and graduating in honors cum laude (Master in Business Law).

Her consistency to become a professional corporate lawyer was reflected through her career path in several corporate law firms (Lawrence Hasibuan & Partner, Suprapto Lukas & Partner, Jusuf Indra Dewa & Partner) and finally in 2007 she started her own corporate law firm.

As an advocate and registered capital market legal consultant, she is often given trust to lecture and discuss law related regulation with government institutions.

She is also active in contributing articles in Journal of Capital Market Law. As member of committee at Association of Capital Market Legal Consultant (HKHPM), in 2015 she was trusted as Head of Relations between Institution & OJK, and she is currently trusted as Head of Specific Education of HKHPM.

Her experience as capital market legal consultant i.e., initial public offering, commercial  papers issuance (obligation) and mutual fund, debt restructuring for Indonesian State Owned Enterprises at Indonesia Bank Restructuring Agency (“IBRA”), corporate  restructuring, in house lawyer at local major bank, handle investment procedure includes  business negotiation for foreign investor, handle property cases, immigration, expatriate  services, and many other strategic commercial litigation cases.
